Meet the Team Behind the Pinewood Experience
At Pinewood Dentistry and Implants, our team is built around one simple idea: patients deserve to understand what is going on, why it is happening, and what options make sense for their health.
With locations in Cumming and Sandy Springs, we provide modern dental care for families and adults who want clear answers, thoughtful treatment, and long-term confidence. Our doctors and team use photos, 3D scans, advanced technology, and plain-language explanations to help patients see what we see and make informed decisions.
From cleanings, same-day crowns, root canal therapy, and emergency dentistry to dental implants, full-arch implant rehabilitation, clear aligners, veneers, sedation dentistry, TMJ-focused care, airway-focused dentistry, and MARPE adult palatal expansion, our goal is to care for the whole person — not just one tooth at a time.
We call it high-tech treatment with old-school values: modern care, honest communication, and a team that wants every patient to feel heard, comfortable, and confident.

Meet Dr. Lincoln Fantaski
Dr. Lincoln Fantaski considers himself a tooth nerd through and through. Long before dentistry, he was drawn to figuring out how things worked — building and fixing computers, working on cars, and solving mechanical problems. That same curiosity now shapes the way he approaches dentistry: looking beyond one tooth at a time to understand how a patient’s smile, bite, airway, and long-term health all work together.
Dr. Fantaski attended Georgia Tech for his undergraduate education and earned his dental degree from the Dental College of Georgia, where he graduated near the top of his class. During dental school, he became fascinated with digital dentistry and the way technology could improve both clinical outcomes and the patient experience.
Today, Dr. Fantaski focuses on dental implants, oral surgery, full-arch implant treatment, airway-focused dentistry, MARPE adult palatal expansion, and complex restorative care. He uses digital photography, 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, and guided workflows to help patients understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and what options make sense.
He is especially passionate about education, both for patients and for other clinicians. Whether he is reviewing photos with a patient, explaining a treatment plan, lecturing nationally and internationally to dentists, or refining digital workflows, his goal is the same: make dentistry clearer, more predictable, and more connected to each patient’s long-term health.
Dr. Fantaski is involved in organized dentistry and continuing education, with interests in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, CAD/CAM dentistry, and same-day digital workflows. He has also served as a mentor and trainer in CEREC same-day dentistry, helping other clinicians use digital scanning and milling technology more effectively.
Outside the office, Dr. Fantaski enjoys listening to vinyl records, constantly tweaking his koi pond, traveling, snowboarding, and fixing cars.

Meet The Doctor Dr. Katie Fadler
Dr. Katie Fadler believes dentistry is about more than creating a nice smile — it is about helping patients feel comfortable, function well, and improve their quality of life. Her approach is shaped by her interest in TMJ concerns, myofascial pain, bite function, clear aligners, sleep medicine, and restorative dentistry.
A native of Alpharetta, Georgia, Dr. Katie earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia College and State University before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Dental College of Georgia. During dental school, she was involved in organized dentistry, dental education, and community service, including a dental mission trip to Haiti.
Dr. Katie has pursued additional training in TMJ care, myofascial pain, Invisalign, SureSmile, sleep medicine, and CEREC same-day dentistry. After experiencing jaw trauma earlier in life, she became especially passionate about helping patients understand how the teeth, bite, muscles, joints, and airway can all work together.
Patients appreciate Dr. Katie’s thoughtful, supportive approach and her desire to help them feel heard and comfortable. Her goal is to create an environment where patients understand their options and feel confident moving forward with care that supports comfort, function, esthetics, and long-term health.
