Registered Dental Hygienist — Cumming
Pinewood Dentistry and Implants is hiring a Dental Hygienist / RDH for our relationship-based private dental practice in Cumming, GA.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients, values high-quality care, and wants to work in a modern practice that prioritizes people over production quotas.
This position is ideal for a hygienist who is organized, clinically thorough, team-oriented, and excited to continue growing professionally.
What makes our hygiene department different:
No accelerated hygiene schedules
No 20-minute prophy appointments
No hygiene assistants staggering columns
1-hour routine recare appointments
1.5-hour new patient appointments
Time built in for education, trust, and patient relationships
Strong doctor-hygiene collaboration
Modern digital technology, including iTero, CBCT, CEREC, digital radiography, and photography
Schedule:
We are ideally looking for a full-time hygienist, though we are open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.
Full-time hygiene is considered 4+ clinical days per week.
Office hours:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Dental Assistant — Cumming, GA
Pinewood Dentistry and Implants is hiring a motivated, organized, and team-oriented Dental Assistant for our Cumming office.
This is a great fit for someone who wants more than a routine assisting job. Our office is modern, fully digital, and focused on advanced dentistry, patient communication, and team growth.
This role may include involvement in:
Dental implants and surgical procedures
Sedation dentistry
Same-day CEREC crowns
Invisalign
Endodontics/root canals

iTero scanning
CBCT/3D imaging
Digital photography and workflow systems
Patient education and communication
What we’re looking for:

Minimum requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to commute to Cumming, GA
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
Expanded Functions certification
Experience with Invisalign or iTero scanning
Surgical or implant assisting experience
Experience in a digital dental office

Front Office Team Member / Treatment Coordinator — Cumming, GA
Pinewood Dentistry and Implants is hiring a Front Office Team Member / Treatment Coordinator for our growing Cumming office.
No dental experience is required for the right person. The biggest requirements are the ability to learn how we do things, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with the practice.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, friendly, dependable, comfortable communicating with patients, and interested in building a long-term career in a modern dental practice.
This role may include:
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming front office experience
Patient check-in and check-out
Entering and updating patient information in the software system
Collecting payments and helping patients understand balances
Scheduling next visits and helping maintain productive office flow
Discussing treatment plans, costs, and financial options with patients
Coordinating third-party financing options
Helping schedule overdue hygiene, outstanding treatment, and broken appointments
Supporting insurance verification, estimates, copays, and treatment plan entry
Communicating with patients by phone, email, and in person
What we’re looking for:
Someone who is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, organized, coachable, and willing to learn our systems. Dental experience is not required, but attention to detail and communication are very important.

Pay: $30,000 – $50,000 per year, based on experience and fit
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
